Inviting applications for the role of ServiceNow Junior Developer – Domain Trainee - English–Remote RO*
We are looking for someone with a good level of work experience in ServiceNow with proficient overall understanding of ITSM, Data Analytics and GenAI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with the Orchestration team to design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and other customizations to meet business needs.
• Perform testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications and integrations to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications and modules within allocated scope while collaborating with the Orchestration Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Assist with the documentation of processes, procedures, and technical designs for ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices to continually improve and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Deliver data analysis and reports on demand from Account management or Client.
• Create presentations for Ops, leadership, or client meetings on analyzed data and trends.
• Raise proactive flags on trends that might impact operations or the client.
• Support and participate in transformation projects.
• Participates in process meetings if required, ensuring that the actions discussed are fulfilled.
• Can be required to deliver technical trainings for upskilling back-up resources on the tools in scope of this JD, at the request of the manager.
• List of responsibilities may be adjusted over time as new responsibility shifts from client to Genpact and new scope is added.
• Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in ServiceNow development.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of ServiceNow development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including user access, security, and data integrity.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and good time management skills.
• Self-motivated, must be proactive and can work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues and client stakeholders.

Miniumum QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with ServiceNow development, including configuration, scripting, and customization is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Good understanding in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Basic understanding of relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodology is plus.
• ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
• High school graduate
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
